Liverpool FC has
been there from the beginning. They were founded on June 3rd, 1892
and have been running for 123 years. This club has won more European trophies
than any other English team with 5 European Cups, 3 UEFA Cups and 3 UEFA Super
Cups. They also have won 18 League titles, 7 FA Cups, a record 8 League Cups
and 15 Community Shields but have yet to win a Premier League title.
They have had many past players that have been drafted
to the Hall of Fame. Some of these players are; Alan Hansen, Alex Raisbeck, Ron
Yeats, Ray Clemence, Matt McQueen, Elisha Scott, Alan A' Court, John Barnes,
Jack Cox, Ephraim Longworth, Donald MacKinlay, Ian Callaghan, Arthur Goddard,
Jack Balmer, Harry Bradshaw, Kenny Dalglish, Gordon Hodgson, Roger Hunt, Billy Liddell & Albert Stubbins. These
are all the Hall of Famers that have played on Liverpool since the beginning.
Liverpool has won many titles and has made a
mark in history but have fallen off the map. They are almost at the bottom of
their division and need to really focus on developing their team again so they
can make a big change in the upcoming seasons. They are a team filled with
history but it seems as if this history will remain in the past and nothing
will change unless they do something really drastic. Maybe the signing of
Jurgen Klopp will help, but let’s see what happens.
